you should ignore her. i mean, why is she YOUR friend if she acts like a you know what? but anyways...if i was in your position, papasensya ko na lang sya. i mean, bragging is usually a sign of insecurity. probably she thinks that all her material possessions make her a better person than she really is kaya she brags about them so everyone will notice the good parts about her(the part where she has those cool stuff) rather than the bad(where she really thinks that she is nothing without it). but that's only if it's proven na talgang insecure sya na tao coz usually braggarts are like that.
i know you can be better than her so why make her your problem?
